A long-standing client with a growing operational footprint, sought to acquire a Carpathian Edition Land Rover Defender. This premium, high-performance vehicle was essential for their business presence and functionality.
Rather than tie up working capital, they turned to us for a structured asset finance solution that would allow them to secure the vehicle while preserving liquidity.
The solution: Sale & Hire Purchase with balloon structure and minimal upfront cost
We structured a 48 + 1 Sale & Hire Purchase facility with a final balloon payment, incorporating a competitive £2,000 deposit. This allowed our client to spread the cost of the £90,000 asset while retaining future ownership, maintaining cash reserves, and aligning payments with revenue generation.
The balloon structure provided flexibility, ensuring monthly repayments were manageable while deferring a proportion of the cost until the final term, a strategy that suits high-value asset acquisitions.
