We are very fortunate to be able to work across all industry sectors, offering a number of financial solutions that will appeal to any type of business. With year-end fast approaching we have been evaluating some of the major projects that we have worked on.
Here are our top 5 deals from the past 12 months.
Deal 1 – working with a construction company we established a credit line of £1 million which enabled them to proceed with the hiring of more vehicles and plant equipment. This in turn allowed the business to complete all outstanding building work whilst also being able to commence the construction on new projects.
Deal 2 – we were approached by a care provider who were looking to complete a programme of growth through acquisition. They had found that a similar care business in a different location was up for sale so approached our team for some help. We were able to secure funding of £900,000 which allowed them to complete on the purchase.
Deal 3 – a Cotswold based independent pub chain needed assistance with acquiring two free-hold premises from an existing landlord. In a deal worth over £1.2million our team worked with the business owner to successfully raise the necessary finance. The outcome being that the business increased its size by 50%.
Deal 4 – following the expiration of the Government backed CBILS (the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme) many businesses were struggling with the repayment of the debt. We were approached by an international marketing company that needed to increase their overdraft. Be securing them a funding provision of £1.5million we enabled them to cover all their cashflow needs whilst also fulfilling ongoing growth plans.
Deal 5 – supporting a property specialist company we secured a revolving credit facility for the value of £2million. This type of funding meant the business could withdraw money when needed to complete day to day business operations, fund new initiatives and pay onboarding costs. They could also repay over flexible terms and withdraw additional funds again whenever required.
